Hot Water and Heating Tariffs in Tashkent Will Increase from 15 August

TASHKENT (Tashteploenergo press service) — Hot water and heating prices in Tashkent will increase from August 15.

According to Tashteploenergo press service, as of August 15, 2019, the following rates come into effect: the wholesale rate for thermal energy for companies and organizations of 141,737 soums/Gcal without VAT and 1,7004.4 soums/Gcal including VAT. For the population, central heating will cost 1,772 soums/m² per month of the calendar year (heated area), hot water supply (in the absence of individual meters for domestic hot water consumption) — 20,470 soums per person per month, hot water supply (for dormitory residents with common showers) — 15,228 soums per person per month. If there are individual meters for DHW consumption — 5242/m³ of hot water.

In addition, the thermal energy rate will increase for the Kibray district in the Tashkent region. The cost of hot water and steam for all parameters for consumers in all categories, including wholesale consumers, as of August 15 will be 165,600 soums/Gcal.
