India Offers Refuge to Afghan Sikhs

NEW DELHI (WION) — 11 Afghan Sikhs including abducted Delhi based Afghan Sikh Nidan Singh, will reach Delhi on Sunday. The remaining 10 are family members of the Afghan Sikhs who were killed in Kabul Gurudwara terror attack earlier this year.
Following a burst of a terror attacks in Afghanistan, India has decided to provide shelter to the members of the dwindling minority communities in the war-torn country. The Afghan Sikhs have been gutted by recent deadly violence. They are facing persecution.
More than 25 Afghan Sikhs and One Indian Sikh were killed on the March 25th Gurudwara terror attack in Kabul.
