NEW DELHI (WION) — U.S. special envoy for Afghanistan, Zalmay Khalilzad is in Pakistan. A Taliban delegation, led by its co-founder, Mullah Baradar is also in Pakistan.

WION is wondering if this is not a sign the U.S. is resuming talks with Taliban. Is this an indication of the revival of Afghan peace talks?
