20 Killed at the Explosion at Kabul Bank Branch in Helmand

KABUL (AFP) — A huge explosion hit a branch of Kabul Bank in Helmand. More than 50 people were injured, local media report.

A car bomb exploded near the Kabul Bank branch in Afghanistan’s southern province of Helmand on Thursday. Victims are taken to hospital following bank blast in Lashkargah. The explosion happened at noon wounding more than 50 people. ITV News reports, citing local authorities, that at least 20 people were killed.
