ASHGABAT (Turkmenistan.ru) — In order to improve the activities of Turkmenistan’s oil and gas industry, the state concern Türkmennebitgazgurluşyk (Turkmenneftegazstroy) was dissolved. The corresponding decree was signed by Turkmen President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov.

The document specifies “Türkmengaz” (“Turkmengaz”) as the legal successor of the abolished entity. Turkmengaz is ordered, together with the Ministry of Justice, to submit within a month proposals to the Cabinet of Ministers to introduce amendments and additions to the national legislation resulting from this decree.
