DUSHANBE — The terrorist organization “Islamic State” (ISIS), banned in Tajikistan, has claimed the bloody rebellion of prison N° 3 to the strict regime of the city of Khujand.

ISIS informs on its website Amaq that a riot in Khujand prison was organized and conducted by one of its members. However, it is impossible to validate this statement reliably, as official structures do not provide any details on the riot.
