TEHRAN (IRNA) — Iranian Energy Minister Reza Ardakanian arrived in Dushanbe, Tajikistan, on Monday to participate in the 14^th Iran-Tajikistan joint economic commission meeting.

During his stay, Ardakanian is to confer with Minister of the Energy and Water Resources of Tajikistan Daler Juma and Tajik chairman of Iran-Tajikistan joint economic cooperation commission.

He is scheduled to meet with other Tajik officials on promoting economic relations.

Prior to Tajikistan, Ardakanian visited Moscow and participated in the 24^th Saint Petersburg International Economic Conference.
