DUSHANBE (TajikTTA) — The scouts of the 201^st military base in the exercises in the mountains of Tajikistan have worked out ambushes on the way of caravans with weapons.

“According to the plan of practical actions, the servicemen were to advance into a hard-to-reach mountain area through which a caravan of an illegal armed group transporting weapons tried to covertly approach the settlement”, the press service of the Central Military District reported.

The scouts, using special equipment and equipment, arrived in the ambush area, mined the section of the route, undermined the passage in the mountains and cut off the escape route.
