PARIS (Reuters) – France’s foreign ministry said on Tuesday that a great deal still needs to be done to revive the Iran nuclear deal in a very short timeframe.
It said the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) and Iran will need to negotiate an extension to their technical bilateral accord if Tehran does not return to compliance by the end of the initial deal.

In any case, there will be no agreement before the elections in Iran. The Americans don’t want to commit themselves until they know which team they are going to sign with.

The Iranians want their bomb and will do anything to derail the negotiations while blaming the Americans. Their negotiators are simply faking it, they are not looking for an agreement at all, on the contrary. Iran has become a province of Russia, their own foreign minister says so. And the Russians want Iran to remain isolated, and especially isolated from the oil market.

With Joe Biden, here in Iran everyone believed that everything would return to normal. What people don’t understand, neither the Iranians nor the Westerners, is that Iran will never be normal with the mullahs in power.
