TASHKENT (Kazinfrom) – President of Kazakhstan Nursultan Nazarbayev received Nowruz greetings from his counterpart President of Uzbekistan Islam Karimov, the press service of the Uzbek President reports.

The President of Uzbekistan congratulated heads of Afghanistan, Azerbaijan, Iran, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan and Turkey with this spring holiday, the press service informs.

It should be noted that in Uzbekistan Nowruz is celebrated on March 21.
