MOSCOW (Ruptly) — Chinese President Xi Jinping and Russian President Vladimir Putin hold talks in Moscow during the Chinese leader’s state visit to Russia on Wednesday, June 5. The presidents are expected to discuss political and economic cooperation, including the Belt and Road initiative and the de-nuclearisation of the Korean Peninsula.
Trade wars between Beijing and Washington are also expected to be among the topics of discussion between the two leaders. After the official programme of the visit, Xi Jinping will head to Saint Petersburg to take part in the International Economic Forum.
