ALMATY (Interfax-Kazakhstan) – The shareholders of Kazakhstan-based Kaspi Bank have decided to apply for a voluntary delisting from the Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), the bank has said.
Kaspi Bank (Almaty), whose securities are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has provided KASE with a communiqué stating that "At the extraordinary general meeting of Kaspi Bank’s shareholders on January 18, 2019, a decision was taken to carry out the voluntary delisting of Kaspi Bank’s shares from the official list of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange JSC.
