Iran Put in Quarantine by its Neighbours
TEHRAN (Satrapia) — Iraq, Turkey, Kuwait and Saudi Arabia have imposed travel and immigration restrictions on Iran, while Oman on Sunday asked its citizens to stay away from countries with high infection rates and warned that those from those countries would be quarantined.
Iranian health authorities have reported a total of 43 infections, with eight deaths. Medical sources in Iran yesterday reported 13 deaths and some 750 suspected cases of infections. Six major cities are involved.
