Halyk Bank Kazakhstan Reports 20.5% Increase in Net Profit

0 forum postASTANA (Interfax-Kazakhstan) — In January-September 2018 Halyk Bank Kazakhstan made a consolidated net profit of 163.154 bln tenge under IFRS (367.06 tenge/$1) or 20.5% more than in January-September 2017, the bank said.
Halyk Bank expects its net profit for 2018 to go above the projection of 214 bln tenge, Bank’s CEO Umut Shayakhmetov said.
The CEO added that Halyk Bank hopes to open a subsidiary in Uzbekistan in early 2019.
