TEHRAN (Financial Tribune) — Exports of gas condensate from the South Pars field in the Persian Gulf during the first six months of the current fiscal period (before September 21, almost halved, reaching 4.6 mln tons, stated by the head of customs in the special economic energy zone Pars reports.

Gas condensate is an ultra-light type of oil produced in gas fields in the Persian Gulf.

According to customs data, the cost of shipped gas condensates, taking into account customs duties, is 10.4% of total non-oil exports.
