BISHKEK — Russian investments in the Jeruy field over the next 20 years will amount to $600 mln, President Vladimir Putin said as part of his state visit to Kyrgyzstan.
“Cooperation between Kyrgyzstan and Russia is successfully developing in the development of natural resources. Under current conditions, the Alliance group and the Kyrgyz Alliance Altyn will launch a major project to develop the Jeruy field. The total investment in the project over the next 20 years will be approximately $600 mln”, he said.
In addition, Putin added that bilateral cooperation in the field of high technology was being strengthened. “Among the promising projects is the production of crystal plates for solar power plants in Kyrgyzstan. Russia is ready to start producing modern LED services”, he said.
